Videos are NOT accepted for the competition.
All requirements for the entries are reflected in the Competition Regulations. Read them, it's important!

• Fill out the questionnaire and upload the image of the entry to the site.
• Wait for the end of moderation — your entry will appear on the site!
• Congratulations! You have become a competitioner and a contender for a prize!

Only employees of TECHNONICOL Production Company can participate in the competition

1. The best entry on the visualization of the value "Safety".
2. The best entry on the visualization of the value "Reliable Customer Relationships".
3. The best entry on the visualization of the value "Good Name".
4. The best entry on the visualization of the value "Professionalism and Continuous Improvement".
5. The best entry on the visualization of the value "Employees and Team Spirit".

The selection of winners is carried out in two rounds.

• Round 1. Selection of finalists by public vote

The list of finalists is determined by a public vote on the website.

Anyone can give one vote for one entry in the category. The entries with the most votes will have a chance to advance to the second round.

• Round 2. Meeting of the expert commission

The commission selects three winners (1st, 2nd, 3rd place) among the finalists in each category.

The mechanics of selecting finalists and winners is described in detail in the Competition Regulations

• Only one value should be presented in one entry.
• nly one entry can be submitted in one category.
• Participation in a maximum of three categories is allowed.
• It is allowed to create an entry by a team. In case of winning, the prize fund is divided between all authors.

• 1st place - 50,000 rubles
• 2nd place - 30,000 rubles
• 3rd place - 20,000 rubles

The Organizing Committee may award special prizes. Committee members determine their size and number at their discretion.

June 6 – August 28 | acceptance of entries for the competition

August 29 – September 5 | preparation for voting

September 5 – September 25 | public voting, selection of finalists

September 26 – October 2 | summing up the voting results, announcing the composition of the expert commission

October 3 – October 9 | meeting of the expert commission, selection of winners

October 10 | announcement of winners

October 10 – December 30 | prize distribution
