GENERAL REGULATIONS OF THE COMPETITION

These Regulations determine the requirements and procedure for holding the Competition for the visualization of corporate values of TECHNONICOL PRODUCTION COMPANY as reflected in the Code of Rules and Ethical Standards of TECHNONICOL PRODUCTION COMPANY.

Under TECHNONICOL PRODUCTION COMPANY, within the framework of these Regulations, it is understood TechnoNIKOL-Construction Systems LLC and legal entities included in the same group with it.

The Organizing Committee (hereinafter referred to as the Committee) is the governing body which functions include making decisions on the main issues of preparing and holding the Competition.

Powers of the Organizing Committee:

Make changes to these Regulations at any time during the Competition.
Make decisions on controversial issues and ambiguous situations that arise during the Competition, including decisions to disqualify Entries that do not comply with the terms of these Regulations.
Change the dates of the Competition.
Establish additional (special) Prizes.
Approve the composition of the expert commission (hereinafter referred to as the Commission) that makes decisions on determining the Winners among the Finalists.
Deny the Participant of the Competition in issuing the Prize in case of establishing the fact of non-compliance by the Participant with these Regulations.

COMPETITION TASK

Participants of the Competition need to make a creative visualization (hereinafter referred to as the Entry) of the value(s) of TECHNONICOL.

TECHNONICOL VALUES

TECHNONICOL values determine behavior principles for Company and its employees towards clients, partners and to each other in particular.

Safety
Human life is the supreme value in the Company. We should not only strictly observe the existing safety rules daily, but also work for their improvement. We treat environment with care and carry out our business in accordance with this principle.
Reliable relations with the client
We establish long-term relations with the clients. We focus on clients’ needs in our work and do all the things needed, so that a person that bought our products once could become our regular customer and recommend us to his/her friends, acquaintances and partners. We treat the client confidence with care and strive to justify it.
Good name
We value our good reputation, which we gained during the years of hard work. Our clients know: TECHNONICOL means reliability and honesty. We appreciate such attitude and understand that our good name is our capital. We are sure that our methods and mission implementation means should be ethical, and the results of labor should work for creative aims.
Professionalism and continual development
We consider that each work should be carried out by professional and try to achieve such quality in our daily work. We are sure that the real professional should develop and improve constantly in order to increase his/her craftsmanship.

We highly appreciate each company employee, each employee shares his/her exceptional experience, knowledge, skills, makes company successful and distinctive from other competitors. Our team is one live organism. Our relations are built on mutual respect and support. We find solutions to our difficult tasks together and achieve remarkable results.

PARTICIPANTS OF THE COMPETITION

Only employees (workers) of TECHNONICOL PRODUCTION COMPANY (residents and non-residents of the Russian Federation) can become a Participant of the Competition.
Entries of persons who are not employees (workers) of TECHNONICOL PRODUCTION COMPANY will not be moderated and will not be admitted to the Competition.
Individual or team participation of employees is possible (optional).
In the case of team participation, the co-authors of the Entry independently determine the person (one of the co-authors - the team leader) who will place an application for participation in the Competition (including the Entry, description) on the official Website of the Competition. All further communication within the framework of the Competition will be carried out with this author (team leader).
Members of the Committee and the Commission cannot be Participants of the Competition.

NOMINATIONS AND PRIZE FUND

The Competition is held in five categories:
1. Best visualization entry of the value "Safety"
2. Best visualization entry of the value "Reliable relations with the client"
3. Best visualization entry of the value "Good name"
4. Best visualization entry of the value "Professionalism and Continuous Development"
5. Best visualization entry of the value "Employees and Team Spirit"
Based on the results of the Competition, a decision is made to award the main Prize for 1st, 2nd or 3rd place in each category.

Main Prizes:

Prize for 1st place - 50,000 rubles.
Prize for 2nd place - 30,000 rubles.
Prize for 3rd place - 20,000 rubles.

Additional special Prizes may be established at the discretion of the Committee.
The number and amount of special Prizes is determined at the discretion of the Committee.
Entries which authors are awarded special Prizes can be selected from the general list of Entries that have been moderated and published on the Website.
Following the publishing of the Competition results on the Website, the Organizer shall within 10 days send to the Victor an email to the address specified in the Participant Questionnaire, providing information required to claim the Prize, as well as information on the procedure of paying out the Prize.
The payment of the prize to Victors who are not residents of the Russian Federation shall be the equivalent of the prize amount in rubles in the currency of the country of employment of the Victor.
The Organizer may outsource the paying out of the Prize to the legal entity employing the Victor (with subsequent recharge of the payment to the budget of TechnoNIKOL-Construction Systems LLC).
If the winning Entry had been co-authored, the Prize shall be paid out to one of the co-authors (to the author who is the leader of the team). The Prize distribution procedure shall be determined by the co-authors at their own discretion inside the team, without the involvement of the Organizer.
If the Winner refuses the Prize or does not contact the Organizer within 21 calendar days after the results of the Competition are published on the official Website of the Competition and attempts to contact the Winner, the Prize is considered unclaimed. All undistributed, unclaimed Prizes, as well as Prizes, which the Participants refused to receive and (or) did not provide the necessary information and documents in accordance with these Regulations, the Organizer of the Competition disposes at its own discretion. Prizes cannot be claimed by the Winners again.

WHAT ENTRIES ARE ACCEPTED?

Entries of any level — professional or amateur — are allowed to participate in the Competition.
The Entry must clearly show the meaning of the value chosen for visualization.
Only one value should be presented in one Entry.

Entries may be submitted in one of the following ways:

Photo
Color, black and white or sepia; digital or film — any format at the Participant's discretion. It is allowed to create collages from photographs taken by the Participant.
IMPORTANT! You can add from 1 to 3 photos or collages with an identical subject matter and minor differences that complement the perception of the Entry (for example, slight angle deviations, light changes). It is NOT allowed to place cardinally different photos or collages of photos in one category - we follow the rule "One entry in one category".
Painting
Do you like to draw? We are waiting for your paintings on the theme of corporate values! Choose the method of implementation at your discretion: delicate watercolor, oil on canvas, gouache or pastel. The format depends solely on your imagination and skill! The main thing is to reflect the meaning of value.
Drawing
Classic pencil drawing, stylish sketch with markers and liners or ink engraving - choose what you like and create your own masterpieces.
Digital drawing
Are you good with a graphics tablet? Then create your own digital drawing on the theme of corporate values.
Sculpture
Do you know how to sculpt with ordinary or polymer clay? Do you make papier-mâché crafts or do you know how to carve wood? Then this direction may be of interest to you.
Applied art
Drawing on fabric using batik technique, plot scrapbooking, wood burning or cutting, embroidery, sewing with patchwork and even glass mosaic... everything that your hands and imagination are capable can be imagined in this genre. Dare! The more original your entry is, the more chances it has to reach the final!
Art object made of non- traditional art materials
If you see creative potential in everyday things and materials, if you know how to make compositions and endow them with meanings, create art objects dedicated to the values of our company. Figures from unnecessary plastic, installations from household utensils, art figures with luminous elements - any “manifestations” of creativity on a given topic are welcome!

WHAT ENTRIES ARE NOT ACCEPTED?

Entries will NOT be accepted if they:

Contain an image of an individual
Entries will not be accepted if they contain an image of a real individual. In order for the entry to be accepted, it is necessary to obtain the consent of the depicted individual for publication (the consent form will be sent to the e-mail specified during registration). If the Participant posts an Entry with fictitious characters, consent is not required.
Made in video/ multiplication/animation format
Any video, multiplication, gif-animation, animation, etc. does not participate in the Competition. Only static Entries are accepted.
Consist in whole or in part of ready-made models/templates/shapes, and also contain only text and background graphics
Entries that fully or partially consist of ready-made models/templates/figures contained in various software products, databases are not accepted for the Competition. Also, Entries containing only text and background graphics (for example, a company logo and text on a graphic background) will not be accepted.
Include (in whole or in part) the results of intellectual activity of third persons
Entries that are created by persons who are not employees of TECHNONICOL PRODUCTION COMPANY are not accepted for the Competition. Entries that include the results of intellectual activity of third persons (for example, photographs from photobanks) are not accepted for the Competition.
Entries containing the visualization of several values
Entries containing visualization of only one value are accepted for participation in the Competition. Entries that reflect two or more values will not be accepted.
Have no ideological or art value
Dear Participants, we ask you to be serious about creating Entries. We want the values of TECHNONICOL to be adequately presented to the whole world! Entries that do not carry ideological and art value, made in low quality may not be accepted for participation in the Competition.
Do not comply with ethical standards
Entries that have political motives, insults to someone's address are not accepted for the Competition; Entries containing materials and information with elements of violence, racial, ethnic and religious intolerance, materials of an erotic and (or) pornographic nature, any other materials that violate the current legislation of the Russian Federation or paragraphs of the Company Code.

HOW TO BECOME A PARTICIPANT?

Becoming a Participant of the Competition is easy! To do this, you need to take several steps:

choose value(s) that inspire;
create on their basis an Entry that visualizes the chosen value;
digitize the Entry: scan/photograph. If you are immediately creating the Entry on a PC, simply save the image so that it complies with the Regulations’ technical requirement below;
write a short text description of your Entry. You can tell in what genre the Entry was done, indicate any important characteristics, sizes, materials used; communicate interesting and important facts about the process of creating the Entry;
go to the official website of the Competition — www.tn.ru/30;
go to the "Add Entry" section;
fill out the Participant's questionnaire, indicating your data (full name, city at the place of work, place of work, position, SBU, contact details);
upload an Entry (you can upload from 1 to 3 (from one to three) images of one Entry representing it from a different angle or in different lighting if necessary;
upload a text description of the Entry to be published on the website (required element);
send the Participant's questionnaire, Entry and description for moderation;
wait for confirmation and publication of the Entry on the Website. Moderators will check the compliance of the specified data and the compliance of the Entry with the requirements of the Competition;
if everything went well, you will receive a notification to the specified e-mail, and your Entry will appear on the Website.

HOW MANY ENTRIES CAN I SUBMIT?

No more than 3 (three) Entries from one Participant are accepted for participation in the Competition.
You can submit only 1 (one) Entry in the category.
Thus, Participants can choose no more than 3 (three) values for visualization and create one Entry for each selected value.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

Follow the technical requirements for a successful download.

Requirements to Entries:

JPG or PNG format;
physical file size shall be no more than 2 (two) megabytes;
no more than 3 (three) images of one Entry are accepted;
if the Participant adds more than one image of the Entry, he/she must independently determine the main and additional image (there are upload forms with the corresponding names on the Website). If for any reason the main image selected by the Participant does not pass moderation, one of the additional images that meet the requirements will take its place. In this case, agreement with the Participant is not made;
the image must be of high quality (visual information must be easy to see), the Entry must occupy the main part of the frame;
files are named after the author's surname in Latin letters, with the city indicated through an underscore (example: Ivanov_moskva). If there are several files, a number is added at the end (example: Ivanov_moskva_1).

Requirements for the text description of the Entry:

filled out in a special form on the Competition Website;
must not exceed the 500 character limit;
must be in Russian or English. Descriptions in other languages are not accepted.

HOW FINALISTS AND WINNERS ARE DETERMINED

The finalists applying for the Prize are selected based on the results of public voting on the Website.
The Entries entered the finals will be submitted for evaluation by the Expert Commission.
The Expert Commission determines the results of the Competition in each category.
If 5 (five) or less Entries were received for the Competition in the category, the Commission, at its discretion, has the right to:
- not to award any (one or more) of the main Prizes in this nomination;
- recognize the Competition in the category as invalid, refuse to award all main Prizes.
Methodology for selecting Finalists and Winners:

2	2	Two Entries go to the final (even if there are no votes).	Submits both Entries to the final.	The Commission awards from 0 to 2 Prizes. The category of Prizes (for 1st, 2nd or 3rd place) is determined at its discretion. The Commission may also recognize the Competition in the category as invalid.
from 3 to 5	from 3 to 5	The Entries with the highest rating according to the voting results go to the final. If only three Entries are received, they automatically advance to the final.	The Committee submits the required number of Entries to the final. Decisions on Entries with the same (including zero) rating remain at the discretion of the Committee. The Expert Commission evaluates the Entries entered the finals according to criteria that have different weights of importance:
1. Correspondence of the Entry’s content with the chosen value (weight 3)
2. Art level of performance (weight 2)
3. Originality and creativity (weight 1)
Criteria weight has a multiplier function when calculating the score of the Entry.
Each criterion is scored on a ten-point scale from 0 to 10, where 0 is the lowest level of compliance with the criterion, 10 is the highest level of compliance with the criterion.
Evaluation of the Entry consists of the sum of points for each criterion.
The sum of the scores for each criterion is calculated by adding the scores given by each member of the Commission and then multiplying the sum by the weight of the criterion.

Members of the Commission give an individual evaluation of each Entry for each criterion.

PUBLIC VOTING REGULATIONS

All interested persons (hereinafter referred to as Voters) who meet the following requirements are allowed to vote:

The voter is a legally capable individual who has reached the age of eighteen;
The voter is a resident of the Russian Federation or is not a resident of the Russian Federation.

Any visitor to the official Website of the Competition that meets the above requirements can vote.
Employees of TECHNONICOL PRODUCTION COMPANY who became the Participants of the Competition can also take part in the voting.
Before voting, you must pass verification: enter a phone number (for residents of the Russian Federation) or e-mail (for non-residents of the Russian Federation), receive a one-time confirmation code, enter it in a special field.
A voter can only vote for one Entry in each category.
Thus, each Voter can vote five times.
To vote in each of the categories, you must receive a new confirmation code.
You cannot change your voice and attribute it to other Entries.
The Competition Committee monitors the integrity of the vote very closely. In case of revealing the facts of "cheating" of votes, such votes will be cancelled.

PARTICIPANT'S OBLIGATIONS AND GUARANTEES

The Participant of the Competition guarantees that the information provided by him/her is true.
Filling out the Participant's questionnaire and uploading the Entry to the site www.tn.ru/30 is a confirmation that the Participant is familiar with these Regulations and agrees with the procedure and conditions for the Competition.
The Participant who submitted the Entry to the Competition guarantees that the Entry does not violate the rights of third persons (including intellectual property rights).

INTELLECTUAL RIGHTS

By participating in the Competition, the Participant agrees to the Organizer for the publication of the Entry (including photos of the Entry). If the Entry was created in co-authorship, the Participant (author) who submitted the Entry to the Competition guarantees that all Participants (co-authors) have given their consent to the Organizer for the publication of the Entry (including photographs of the Entry).
By participating in the Competition, the Participant permits the Organizer to use the Entry (including photos of the Entry) under his/her own name or without specifying the name. If the Entry was created in co-authorship, the Participant (author) who submitted the Entry to the Competition guarantees that all Participants (co-authors) allow the Organizer to use the Entry (including photos of the Entry) under their own name or without specifying the name.
By participating in the Competition, the Participant grants the Organizer the right to use the Entry (including photos of the Entry) free of charge, on the territory of all countries of the world, for the entire duration of the exclusive right in the following ways:
- reproduction of the Entry;
- distribution of the Entry;
- public display of the Entry;
- importing the original or copies of the Entry for distribution purposes;
- broadcasting, cable communication, retransmission;
- translation or other processing of the Entry;
- making the Entry available to the public.
If the Entry was created in co-authorship, the Participant (author) who submitted the Entry (including photos of the Entry) to the Competition guarantees that all Participants (co-authors) agree with the scope of rights to use the Entry (including photos of the Entry) provided.
If the Organizer deems it necessary, a contract is concluded between the Organizer and the Participant on the alienation of the exclusive right to the Entry.
If the Organizer deems it necessary, the Participant undertakes to send the original Entry to the Organizer's address: 129110, Moscow, Gilyarovskogo Street, 47, building 5, floor 5, premises I, room 13. Delivery costs are borne by the Organizer.

PERSONAL DATA

The Organizer processes the personal data of Participants of the Competition and voters on the basis of consent to the processing of personal data in the manner prescribed by the Personal Data Processing Policy of TechnoNIKOL-Construction Systems LLC until December 31, 2022.
The Participant confirms that he/she is notified that he/she has the right to withdraw his/her consent by sending a signed notice to the address: 129110, Moscow, Gilyarovskogo Street, 47, building 5, floor 5, premises I, room 13, or by sending a letter indicating the full name and addresses to the e-mail address tn30@tn.ru.
The Participant agrees that the personal data provided by him/her will be deleted at his/her request immediately after receiving the request for their destruction.

DISTRIBUTION OF ADVERTISING, INFORMATION MATERIALS

By participating in the Competition, the Participant agrees to the Organizer to receive advertising, informational materials from the Organizer (or from third persons acting on behalf of the Organizer) at the specified phone number and (or) e-mail address.

LIMITATION OF ORGANIZER'S LIABILITY

The Organizer is not responsible for the quality of telephone communication, the work of operators, connection with the Internet, as well as for the quality of the work of Internet providers and payment systems and their functioning with the equipment and software of the Competition participants, as well as for other circumstances beyond the control of the Organizer and all the negative consequences associated with it;
The Organizer is not responsible for any circumstances not related to the violation of the Regulations by the Organizer, including the impossibility of sending SMS messages due to the failure to provide this service in a certain territory and/(or) preventive maintenance in networks, or for other reasons beyond the control of Organizer.
